Starts to buck at around 3 or 4k RPMs

The filters were bone dry. Is it possible that back flow from the exhaust can do that? Because when this happens I hear it in the exhaust too...I dunno. Just

The filters were bone dry. Is it possible that back flow from the exhaust can do that? Because when this happens I hear it in the exhaust too...I dunno. Just throwing it out there..
