Im gonna share the same advice that was told to me when I was in the same boat as you... The best way to figure out what you want is to go to local meets and listen to other guys set ups and combos they have and see what you like. You can spend days on youtube tryna figure out what you like but its never quite the same as in person, but thats just IMO. Good luck to you with whatever set up it is you get ...
BTW I have on order a F.I SS CBE on order should be here by the end of the month along with NON-RES cats  , and like some other guys said Tony and the guys down there at FI's customer service is second to none
