I have the ARK HFCs with the Ark Dual Grip Exhaust V1 and I still have the hiss as well. It wasn't as bad as when I had my CNT Test Pipes on, but it's definitely still there. Kind of mad that ARK was heavily advertising that the hiss was gone and even when I called them they assured me there would be no hiss.

I did throw a CEL after about a week of driving with the HFCs. I went to Z Car Garage in San Jose for an uprev tune and of course it's gone now forever though. On another note, I had the experts at Z Car Garage look over the hissing noise. The guys tried to fix the noise for a couple hours free of charge because the noise was bugging the owner (the guys are awesome), but to no avail.
