How much louder is the non-resonated vs the 12' resonated?

Go to the shop and check it out, you have a great opportunity to hear them for yourself being your so close.

Haha actually they are located about an hr away. I wish I had the luxury to just drive out to them, unfortunately, LA traffic sucks!!

An hour isn't bad just leave your house at 6 am and you should be there by noon...the next day... just messin wit ya.

I don't know how 12 inch sounds, but I switched from 18" to non res and it is MUCH louder. But I love it. Everyone around you will hear you under pretty much any acceleration, and the whole neighborhood will hear you under high rpm acceleration

How hard is it to go from resonated to non-resonated?

I ordered the 12" + I already Berk HFC, but I'm scared that's not loud enough lol.

Lets just say I want to go non-resonated down the road, would it just be the X pipe that I switch out? Or Y, whatever pipe you call it lol i don't know :rofl2:

X-pipe, 10 mins tops and that's with getting the car off the ground.

You can change your order of you want to go non-res. Each exhaust is made a few days or so before your install so you have time to change you mind. I originally went with the SS 12"and then less than a week before I called and changed mine to CF non-res. Easy peasy.
