Default Air Intake suggestions/opinions please...

Hey ya'll, I'm a big AEM fan when it comes to induction mods however I'm trying to decide which intake I want to use. I'm considering the AEM V2 Cold Air Intake System however I'm a little paranoid about sucking up water due to a past experience with a 2000 Civic SI that I had however I notice the Z's are more "closed off" in the lower portion of the engine compartment so I'm no TOO much worried lol. Pic below:

The other one I was considering was the AEM Brute Force Air Intake. You can see this one below:

If anyone has any opinions, suggestions, comments, or input of any kind, please feel free. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Ron

Neither of those appear to be 370 parts. No one has made a "low" hanging intake yet to my knowledge. Your options are: In the engine bay (Takeeda, Stillen #2, JWT). Or in front of the radiator up high (stillen G3).

Leave the submarining to U-boat commanders..

Status elite emailed me wth the price quotes for their high velocity stacks for the 370z. They have 3 options. One is wet black, a silver and gold but they will cost you a nice chunk of cash! Ill probably get the wet black.

tonmed123, could you possibly forward me that email? Money is no issue when it comes to performance as long as what I'm buying is good quality and worth every cent. Thanks in advance.

it's not worth every cent, it's so ugly, nothing special...and it's not even made out of CF, when the guy is a CF specialist.......forget that option
