Vid Request: FI Unresonated

You missed me by 2 days. I was running that set-up for the last week waiting to get my Nismo in for my LTH install. I have to say I loved the sound. There was a bit of drone (very little) when cruising on the highway. Maybe this would have gone away after a few hundred miles, I just don't know. Also, the notorious VQ hiss that everyone talks about wasn't even noticeable.

As for vids of this setup on youtube, good luck. It seems like every youtube vid is either resonated or includes HFC's/Test Pipes.

Yeah the drone would have gone away. I had the same thing with mine for the first few hundred miles but now it's gone

I have never heard of anyone getting a hiss from just a catback. I thought it is there only when the stock cats are removed

I wasn't sure, I just know I hate the hiss & was anticipating hearing it.
