There were gains in both HP and TQ across the entire powerband. Someone above was saying that he felt that he lost TQ down low in the rpms but when I dyno'd, it made gains everywhere.
The K&N drop ins are good for 6-8hp over stock, and the Takeda made an additional 6-8 over the K&Ns. So they are good for about 15HP over stock

Ok.... Now this makes more sense. UFreefer you pulled some good numbers on the dyno. I wouldn't complain or throw rocks at those numbers.

Because of how my grill is set up I'm wondering if I'm gaining more than the 370z. I have direct unhindered air flow to my filter, unlike the z where its blocked off

That piece that unbolts via the instructions is actually the duct right before the air box not the radiator support duct. You cannot just unbolt that piece because it actually helps keep everything rigid. (I know from experience)

Probably a stupid question but I've noticed that some installation pics have the silicone tubes as blue and some as black. Why are there 2 different colors? Or is it the same tube?

They do offer the tubes in two colors. It's the same exact tube though.
