Remember that intake and exhaust noise are two different things. An intake kit is not going to make your exhaust louder.

If you're on a budget as far as making your car louder, you can do a muffler delete. You can also get a cheap axle back, like AAM Short Tail.. or a very affordable catback exhaust system, CNT Exhaust. There are plenty of options.. just find one that is suited for you.

On a side note.. I had Injen on my old 09 Z and the sound above 4k RPM was addicting.
