Check engine light after intake install

Found out what is going on. Colder air, when the air drops below 62 F outside my car is pulling in much denser air so it can not balance it

Colder air, when the air drops below 62 F outside my car is pulling in much denser air so it can not balance it out. Hence I throw a code saying I am running lean.
