Test pipes will always give you better performance gains on this car. With a high flow cat you are relieving a good amount of back pressure however not all of it.
A test pipe is completely free flowing, "when designed properly". Now the test pipes are technically "For Off Road Use Only" and high flow cats are usually 49 state OBD II compliant so most people opt to run HFC's as an alternative to stay compliant with smog testing.
