Can't u just use an obd scan tool to monitor the intake air temp and compare it with the air temp at the intake of the gen 3 before and

I'm not sure where the intake air temp sensor is but if it's at the level of the MAF I would think that info may be helpful. Jordo can u clarify this for me?
