Good point mustang. I just would represent myself in court or arbitration. Many people would be surprised how many car manufacturers will bow down to a customer willing to fight them in court. This happened to me in my case against Toyota.I sued under protections from the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Crazy? Yes it was, but all they (Toyota) brought to the table was a paralegal. The chances stacked in my favor for sure. Your point is worth serious contemplation to anyone modding their car however. Thanks for the clarification....I did make it sound that we are innocent until proven guilty. Good Catch!
