Did the same thing used a bunch of washers between crossmember . no more rattle and adjusted it as best i could to make it even .

The pipe is a little too low, so it rests on the crossmember. Adding washers to the underside of the crossmember pushes it away from the exhaust, which stops it from rattling.
I left my crossmember alone and put a piece of heatwrap around the pipe... no more rattle. |
