After doing TONS of research, it all comes down to 3 cat backs:

Berk, tanabe touring medallion or Borla

It's driving me crazy I cant make a decission since I love the 3 of them so I really need advice from people with any of these cats...

I've heard lot of good/bad stuff about each, ie. Berk cat fits lower so it is prone to hitting the ground and stuff, some people say Borla has lots of rasp and drone...

PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!!!
Hmmm. I don't notice the drone or rasp with my Borla's like you mention. It's actually pretty quiet while cruising. Not that loud either, but certainly a few more decibels over stock. I also like how it "looks" close to stocks (looks better actually). The FI and Ark sound great, but I'm not a fan of the "cans." My second choice was the Stillen, followed by Berk. Also, I kind of like not having the same exhaust as every other car on here. It is pretty expensive though, and most people want something more aggressive. I also wish they didn't use slip joints on the Borla CBE. I'm not getting leaks or anything, I just think flange joints would have been the better option.

This is my car:
