Yes you should tune....Whenever adding a new part there will be effects....A tune is sure to put out the most potential HP that the part has to offer....It won't hurt.

You don't need to tune for a cbe. But you do need a tune after cai and hfc. Your car may be running lean now. Get a tune so you're not running too lean and get more HP.
