How many have damaged their o2 sensors removing them from stock cats ?

One final question regarding the test pipes. Do all the non resonated test pipes sound the same ?

I would say yes. The things that differentiate in that case will be steel quality, weld quality, O2 bung shape, and if there is an extra bung for a wideband sensor.
