I have the F.I. LTH's and 18" Res SS CBE and can say too I love it, and Rasp is not that bad at all with the 18" Res cans. My only question is possibly switching to CF cans for that slightly exotic sound. Other then that, I couldn't be happier. I can tell you from a butt dyno that it does pull harder, and this isn't even with a tune. Can't wait to see it after a tune.
Not telling you to get F.I. or not, just an extremely satisfied customer giving a review. Take it as you will. :tiphat: |

Can any of you comment on the development of LTH's, CAI and CBE systems by Motordyne?? and when it might be in production? Love reviews of the art pipes sound so far, they have the "no drone, no hiss" plus factor for me. |
After the T370 ART pipes are done. The Motordyne 370Z exhaust is next.

Honestly, I can't wait for Motordyne, Ark and others to bring LTH's to market, the more competition, the better for the consumer.
I really don't think we're going to see more than a +/- 5whp and wtq difference between the different LTH's assuming they're all built and designed well. There's an optimum design for the product, the closer to that ideal all the manufactures get, the better, but also the more similar the gains betwn products will be. At that point, the consumer needs to pick based on quality of materials used, welds quality, and of course, price point. I'm not saying the F.I. Lth's are the perfect design, I'm not qualified enough to say that, but they are extremely well made, with very high quality steel, and the ceramic coating is a plus. I would def put them above the offerings from PPE (the only other LTH choice for us afaik). |

That stage 2 S/C is gonna be sick. I'm debating that myself... I'm waiting for the release, some people to get it and test it, once its safe and we see where the powers get to, then I'll know if I want SC or TT. I'm more towards TT right now...

I like how everyone's so impatient about getting car parts lol I mean I would be too but I don't trust vendor promises anymore, especially when it comes to custom fab parts. Ultimately you'll get them when they're done, if you really want them, you gotta wait. I mean it's not like Motordyne or whoever is purposely delaying parts. I'm sure if they could produce these things fast with the quality they want, they would have already.
I've learned to be patient and unless you got race wars coming up in a week and you need that ART pipe to totally take out the competition, you can wait. |
Andrew, you sir is spitting hot fire…..
Guys, you are right, everyone seems to be inpatient with these 370z parts. At this time it is difficult for companies to design, R&D and build just the fact that the economy is bad, this is not including companies that are closing up shop and closing up for good. So far, Motordyne has continued their design, massive R&D and yup the building the product is taking a while but once it’s out, it will out due whatever trendy in the market and realize where the performance and quality has always been set by Motordyne!!! Come on TONY, hurry up with the EXHAUST, lol!!! |
