I had the worst runs in the last week from 13.4 the week before to 13.9 and 13.75 was the best it doesn't really help when you start the race with a hot intake and cools down when you finished the 1/4 and heats up while waiting for your turn ![]() specially in the summer time but the wrapping hopefully will not make it hot as it used to. and when I say hot, I mean really hot that you can't keep your hand on intake!! so I will order the gold one and hopefully I will get it done soon if I can survive the exams ![]()
