Not sure if this was answered but are the stillen hfcs 49 state legal like the berks? I live in pittsburgh so I don't have to deal with the bull**** that's in california.

It's a federal mandate that prohibits on-road cars from eliminating the catalytic converters, and California has a visual test, where other states do not.

This would pertain to any high flow cat or test pipes, etc.

That being said, they will pass a sniffer test, but the official word is that they are for off-road use only, and that's the only condition we sell them.
