Ok..i'll try doing that.. I've just noticed that the rtp are not using the stabilizer link like the oem cats have.. Did you remove the plate stabilizer?

You are naturally going to get more drivetrain vibration when installing aftermarket exhaust components. Now we have never incorporated a bracket to the transmission and rarely have an issue. Make sure that no part of any of the exhaust system is touching any heat shields under the car. This could be the culprit. Let me know what you come up with... Thank you, Tony
