INVIDIA EXHAUST Q300 , for NISSAN 370Z

I know this is somewhat a double post, but i wanted feedback from everyone on how many Z owners like/dislike this setup.

I've been authorized by INVIDIA to do a group buy so i wanted to see how many people might be interested:eekdance::eekdance:

We received the prototype exhaust a week before HIN. Aside from the great quality welds, stainless steel 304, full polished. The original design was with stainless steel double walled tips but with a little convicing, they will be available with rolled TI adjustable tips. Full catback with X pipe

Tips Dia.:101mm(Dual Wall)TITANIUM
Piping Dia.:60mm

Dyno results, done today at SMOOTHLINEZ. Very impressive 17.89 whp increase, 16.43 tq

Here's one video clip for now. More in a few days

MSRP $1299

MY 2 CENTS: We sell alot of different exhaust and i've personally owned quite a few of the different ones on my G37, This exhaust is the best bang for the buck, VERY HIGH QUALITY BUILD, POLISHED STAINLESS STEEL 304, the flanges, gaskets and all hardware provided are nice. Its cheaper than most true dual catback exhaust. It retains the nice purr from the VQHR motor WITHOUT THE DRONE present on alot of the current exhaust available for the VQHR. I have the same exhaust on my G37 now with no regrets:tup:

Thanks,

I like the looks both from the back and underneath. Sounds VERY good too. If I had more $ I would be in on a group buy, but I already ordered coilovers, rear camber arms, and I am going to order Berk HFC's next week. Catback is next on my list though and as of right now for me it is a toss-up between Invidia and Stillen.

OH MAN! I think I found the exhaust I'm getting. I was going to wait for Greddy but this is just sex. When is this gonna be available?

Dee@Amplified 03-28-2009 06:07 PM

It should be available by the second week of April. If you guys are interested we'll put a group buy together. Also, we will be posting more sound clips.

looks nice but not impressed with the sound, needs to be more aggressive. guess my opinion is bias though since i have been used to a deep wrx sound for so long. probably why the greddy and 5zigen sound best to me. great price though.

More sound clips. Enjoy!!!!

Doesn't sound good to me.....very raspy and that's just a catback I'm assuming.

I concur. Sorry, just my opinion as well.

RCZ 03-28-2009 07:51 PM

Wow thats so raspy? Is it supposed to sound like that?

Its not necessarily all that bad, like the M3 sounds great with a raspy exhaust. I dont know about the Z though.

Brazilbro 03-28-2009 08:04 PM

whats the weight of this one?

Asheth 03-28-2009 08:40 PM

Hmm the take off video sounds raspy. The flyby sounds good I didnt hear it in the flyby.

semtex 03-28-2009 08:48 PM

It does sound raspy on the takeoff vid. But the drive-by sounds pretty good, and it sounded pretty good on the lift as well. I noticed the tips stick out pretty far out the back (to show off the gradient-color on the tips perhaps?). Still, I think it'll sell well, depending on price of course.

Actually the tips are adjustable. So can adjust them to your liking. Also, you can change the tips as they become available. :bump:
