Actually the tips are adjustable. So can adjust them to your liking. Also, you can change the tips as they become available. :bump:

Although I do not like the sound that is genius.

Impressive :)

I'm assuming these numbers were reached without a tune?

Brazilbro 03-28-2009 11:32 PM

just saw that this one DOES have the X pipe.. That i like, the look is amazing, removable tip its awesome, and after watching the videos 10 times im liking the sound, it sounds un-tamed .. in the drive by it sounds like an exotic

LOU@AMPLIFIED 03-28-2009 11:45 PM

It's less raspy if you don't redline every gear. We wanted to make sure you hear it from idle to 7500rpm. On normal driving, it sounds very exotic:tup:

I'd love to get more video inside and out...it really sounds raspy, and not a throaty type rasp...Otherwise I love the way it looks...maybe just move the tips slightly more in.

Hmmmm...I'm wondering whether the raspiness people are referring to is resonance coming off and out of those adjustable tips. I wonder whether there would be any if the tips were welded?

Looks great! I love those tips. This exhaust kinda looks like this one:

I def want to see some more hi quality drive by, take off and in car videos.

Btw, lol at your tags for the thread :icon17:

hmmm good question, i'll take of the tips tomorrow and record, see how that works.

I suggested the adjustable tips to them because i had a problem with my rear TS lip kit, most exhaust was too short and i wanted the invidia so they made it adjustable so if anyone designes a rear bumper that extends anywhere from 1 to 3 inches, they don't have to get the exhaust modified:tup:

That's some pretty impressive forward thinking there. Kudos for that!

batman_4 03-30-2009 01:24 PM

sounds horrible IMO, looks great though. way to much rasp w/out even having TPs, imagine the noise with TPs...damn!

sound kind of reminds to the 350 HKS exhaust note just amplified.

LOU@AMPLIFIED 03-30-2009 10:07 PM

heres a few more vids we did inside the car

up to 4500 rpm only with the windows half way down

redline with the windows half way down

Dosen't sound bad at all IMO

LOU@AMPLIFIED 03-31-2009 04:36 AM

I forgot to mention that there is hardly any drone if any:tup:

semtex 03-31-2009 09:43 AM

I agree. It sounds good. I bet it'd sound even more aggressive with HFCs or test pipes!

LOU@AMPLIFIED 04-07-2009 04:23 AM

bump. MINICOBRA1 heard this on our car, not too bad at all he said. Its much louder than the NISMO and he didn't hear any raspiness. Cheaper too:tup:
