I guess it depends on how important the money it to ya. 1281 for the magnaflow that has the X pipe. Scavenging is your friend. X pipes tend to tone down the exhaust note. I don't know how much that matters to ya. If you want something that is a little more suttle I would go that route. I don't know if it is worth $206. I am sure they are both fine exhaust.
