yeah its pretty clear that with enough abuse it cracks. I broke 2 driving normally simply because I didn't have that bracket. so far its holding up good but im worried about when I take it to the track or the extra stress from the super charger. if it brakes again ill likely have a shop weld in some custom flex joints.

The funny thing is there was no abuse.. I literally didnt even have the exhaust 1 month.. and there was no abuse

no, go look at pictures of the exhaust and you will see why.

Oh it's an x pipe. I don't know where I read y pipe lol. I had an hks before in my old car. Now thinking of getting this since it's cheaper. Hopefully I'll have no problems.

Something inside of my muffler was cracked!! (test pipe and y-pipe on the car) It's making rattling noisy!! I took my car to dealer and they ordered new muffler for me and it's under warranty!! I have no idea how that happend..

im surprised the dealer warrantied your stock muffler since you have test pipes and a y pipe.

Because test pipes and after market y pipe have nothing at all to do with his stock muffler...

He was pointing out the fact that the dealer could have not warrantied the muffler because he modified the rest of the exhaust system. An upgraded y pipe and test pipes flow more air than the stock exhaust which could damage the stock muffler, and possibly did.

So, it's safe to assume that if you have your stock cat on then you won't have breaking or cracking issues.

for the most part I would say yes, you should have no issues. I still have no problems with the bracket in place.
