It sounds like a mom and pop operation? Any reputable company will do what ever it takes to make their customers happy, and if sometimes they have to eat costs

It sounds like a mom and pop operation? Any reputable company will do what ever it takes to make their customers happy, and if sometimes they have to eat costs because of bad Workmanship? so be it. It's not the Customers Fault. Like you already did? Take your business somewhere else. Lesson Learned for the Owner, That Quality Control has to be #1 or else it's going to get expensive to stay in business.
