im not sure what exhaust drone is, but i googled it up...
i have the greddy tic exhaust also with silencers out.
"exhaust drone" doesnt really bother me unless im going uphill and staying at the same rpm for a longtime( im in bc so it happens quite often.. my and school is ontop of a very big hill)
on the highway, i try to drive from 3000-3500rpm since thats when the exhaust isnt that loud, or around 1500-2000rpm

i would say its pretty loud at cruising speeds. with the silencer out, the interior is very loud. but i love the sound and havnt gotten a noise violation ticket so far...
