I'm confused as to what the dyno is comparing? Is the blue line the Gen 3 with the exhaust and the red line with just the Gen 3 intakes? Otherwise

I'm confused as to what the dyno is comparing? Is the blue line the Gen 3 with the exhaust and the red line with just the Gen 3 intakes? Otherwise I'm not sure the point? Comparing an exhaust to an intake doesn't make much sense to me unless you were comparing from a purely cost per HP stance.
