I like the "mufflers" painted black. It looks really clean. Nice Job 6spd!

"exhaust that has ridiculously large tips that stick past the bumper, get Stillen." A little bit over the top don’t you think! :shakes head: Stillen are not quieter they just sound nicer and richer, minus drone IMO. Will provide sound clip once mines are installed! See link http://www.the370z.com/intake-exhaus...exhaust-2.html  Alex |
Both seem to be popular. You should consider the HKS too. I like mine and AK did a nice write up on his here:

But since Berk was not included, I definately would go with FI over the Stillen...just for the same reasons that everyone else has already mentioned... |
I would go with FI because:
-the "customer service" is fantastic. -the system is lighter than Stillen's solution. -You can choose how much it will be loud. |
My money's on Stillen CBE ,
New Stillen CBE should arrive on Wednesday of next week the 1st, FedEx tracking, thanks Max@Stillen. CBE are being installed by my Nissan dealership to go with my newly installed Stillen G3 intakes they also installed , let me say they did a great install. :tiphat: I want to hear Stillen CBE for a while before deciding to install HFC or not , if i do I'll most likely go with Berk's HFC. I'll try to post a sound video then. Stay tuned, Alex |

About Stillen
Greetings all.
I'm fairly new to this forum and this is my first reply. I installed a Stillen Cat-back and Berk HFCs. Stillen because it is not lower than stock and Berk because they are OBDII compliant. The sound is not quiet, for me, and I would not want it any louder. Fitment on the Stillen is poor, at best. The left tip was perfectly centered and the right tip was inboard one half inch. Also, the tips are not equal fore and aft. The mechanic who installed the system said there is no adjustment, so I took it to a custom exhaust specialist of 34 years. He was able to heat and tweek the hangers to get the tips equally misaligned. Fore and aft, no. The other option was to cut and reweld the tips, which I didn't do yet. Stillen's answer was "sorry, you mounted and ran the exhuast, we will not take it back." So basically their return policy is, if you don't like the way it looks in the box, send it back. Thanks, Max and Chuck at Stillen. Pesonally I will no longer support Stillen for their lack of support regarding their product. I am also sorry my first reply is negative feedback. I've been following this forum since March of this year and purchased my 2010 370Z in May. I do like this forum and love my Z. Regards, |

“If you want a heavier, quieter exhaust that has ridiculously large tips that stick past the bumper, get Stillen.” Sorry in my book that’s over the top! And no you didn’t rain on my parade; I’m very much looking forward to having the Stillen exhaust installed. The exhaust will be here tomorrow, and installed the next day. As I said I’ll try to post a video sound clip. Alex |
