Im not a mechanic by any means but it seems like to me, if this were to actually happen, a regular cat would have a higher likeliness of clogging and

Im not a mechanic by any means but it seems like to me, if this were to actually happen, a regular cat would have a higher likeliness of clogging and spitting **** back than a hfc that is designed to keep the exhaust flowing more easily. Or am I missing something here on how the two items are fabed.
