Hi,
I just spoke to Max at Stillen he suggested that there were some benefits to each type of exhaust configuration , that at Stillen they tested both and felt that the “Y” seemed to give more gains and preformed best on the 370Z, engine and overall configuration than the “X” . This may also be possibly why the OEM configuration is a “Y” type all be it much more constrictive then the Stillen design. Thanks, Alex
