If it bothers you enough I suggest getting a shop to cut them off, shorten and reattach to your liking. I adjusted my tips so they are tucked in like

If it bothers you enough I suggest getting a shop to cut them off, shorten and reattach to your liking. I adjusted my tips so they are tucked in like stock but I have the older slip-fit tips that nobody (but me) liked
 Below is an old pic of what my older-style tips looked like before I decided to push them in further. As of now they are nearly an inch further in. Maybe you could get a similar slip-fit tip or ask Berk if they have any leftover.
