Q. Which heat wrap should I use for rather than the heat shield?

Avoid going this route as it can lead to premature failure of the exhaust, with wrap like that the heat still gets into the metal of the exhaust but can't escape further causing it to get way to hot. Also it traps the moisture in around the exhaust creating a recipe for disaster.

Go with what other people have mentioned, use that foil type of tape that they offer and wrap the lines you are worried about being careful to not leave edges where moisture can get in underneath to cause issues later on down the road.
