I think I remember reading that Midori Seibi's Z34 exhaust is really tame. Almost one of the quietest around. It's full titanium weighing in at 8.28kg. Idling is at 64.5db with noise proximity at 88.6db. It's a solid piece no doubt and Midori Seibi is a reputable company for sure with their GT-R R34 being a beast on Tsukuba. However I feel this particular exhaust won't out perform any Powerhouse Amuse exhaust for the Z34. If you're looking for that super rare exhaust like nobody will have then I say go for Midori Seibi. A lot more people will have an Amuse exhaust over this which is a good and a bad thing I guess. I know the guys from 370Ztune should be able to chime in on this as they know tons of info about what you're looking for. Here's a picture.

Thx for your reply
-Do you know about the performance? If compare with amuse? in term of Hp and torque gain?
-Is the sound is the same as amuse RS-silent?

I just find out that amuse muffler is too long for my 40th T^T

^ seriously? the 40th is different from the other 370 models?? that's very surprising to me.

i might be able to dig some stuff up for you in a bit, but i agree with the above statement that it's apparently one of the quieter exhausts around.

I can't find any dyno charts or videos on the exhaust. Like I said, it's super rare even in Japan. A lot more people would go with the more popular Powerhouse Amuse lineup but don't let that stop you. It's a solid piece from a reputable tuner so you honestly can't go wrong. It shouldn't sound like an Amuse exhaust because from what I've heard they all have this distinct tone I can't put my finger on. A little more high pitched than most exhausts but not raspy like HKS can be.

None of the jdm exhausts will give as high of gains as the fi exhaust and are all atleast 3x the price.

I don't think you've based this comment off any hard facts, just your biased opinion.

So if I install all amuse exhaust until catt Am I going to get more power than fastintension??

i saw Fastintension dyno graph, it's a high number of 27rwp and 17torque.

I like both sound but what about power, acceleration? anybody can suggest me? Should i change my amuse to fastintesion?

Some said titanium is lighter so, the car can go faster.

Dont take it from me, but all single can designs like the Minori posted above make the worst power. So either stay with Amuse you have or go with F.I. which make good gains across the whole powerband.
