More delays (Berk)

Despite their issues with updating in the past, this is one thing that I can say that Bryan is good at...Telling you like it is...I too spoke to him the other day and asked whether he could give me a 100% guarantee that the exhaust was going to be in by July...His response was "I can't tell you that because if I did then I would be only telling you what you want to hear." He then told me about the issues regarding the sample having been off on alignment, and that if this problem is fixed and addressed properly by his supplier than July will more than likely happen.

Although I didn't get a 100% guarantee, I really appreciated his honesty...It does suck a lot to wait and go through all this, but I have noticed that Berks has improved in their response time with updates...Within the past three days that I sent emails, I received quick responses from them or Mike Bonnani...and they're just telling it like it is...It sounds like they're trying to improve on their communication issues with their customers which despite all of these past problems deserves a

Hopefully all these issues that they're going through will be resolved in the future for the next customers who choose to go with Berk...After all, like the saying goes "What makes a man better is a man who realizes his mistakes and learns from it."
