It seems like Berk is getting shafted by their supplier.

What I'd like to know is why, if this is a problem with their supplier, doesn't Berk push them the make it right by making them fix the problem and put Berk back at the front of the production? It seems to me that Berk is their customer and should be taken care of.

Am I missing something here? Or is there more to this?

There's probably more to this than we know...The only thing that I can assume is that Berks is getting a very sweet low deal from their supplier, and may be out on a limb...We all know how that goes...When you hook up with a good friend that is giving you a sweet deal, it can be a little embarassing to go off on your friend...if that example makes any sense..

The only thing that I was confused about was the suppliers that are working on the exhaust are the same suppliers that worked on the first batch of exhausts...That means that they should have had a prototype sample in place already...I questioned Bryan about this, and his explaination was that with the first batch, Berks did all the assembly and fitting at their shop in house...He stated that in this particular batch that Berks opted their shipper to take care of the production and assembly so that when the final product is done it would just be given to Berk for them to box and ship out right away..
