Took me 2 days to install these things, Pain in the *** Satan's bolt got me good. Broke both top header to cat bolts, that's with soaking it with PB blaster for 5 hours.
Anyways, after getting the factory cats out, I swear this is probably some Japanese assembly worker's idea of a cruel joke. Probably torqued that single bolt to 200ft lbs with thread lock on it. ![]() Anyways, it's off, installed and I'm totally busted up. Disconnected the battery, stepped on the brakes a few times. Go to start her up, everything is perfect. I take her for a drive and within 5 minutes the SES light is blinking. It blinks for maybe a full 5 minutes and then goes off for maybe 5 minutes and comes back and blinks for 5 minutes. Like a cycle. Sometimes when I floor it it goes off. I heard that with the SES blinking, it could be a misfire? Any ideas guys? |
