Unhappy exhaust or vacuum leak

Is there a proper way to figure out a exhaust leak or a vacuum?

my car has been throwing p0152 which is high voltage o2 sensor uppstream changed them new oem 3 times and still that code won't let me have a proper tune due to it reads very lean on bank 2, any mechanical test i should run?
i've checked the exhaust and tomorrow will do it again but focusing on the exhaust manifolds to see any cracks hope to find this problem that's been hauting me for as long as i wanted to tune the car. I love my car and pisses me off knowing he is not 100% ready.

Maybe? I'm no expert, seems easy enough.

The method I've used for several decades to find leaks, rattles, etc. is to put one end of a paper towel core, piece of garden hose, etc to my ear and move the other end around until I find the leak. Be very careful when doing this around a running engine - keep fingers, clothing, hair, etc away from moving parts.
