Is there a possibility the air passing by the burs from the drilling would make a high pitched noise?

<off topic> So the Mustangs transfer sound into the cockpit to give the driver a more connected feeling? That is kinda crazy.</off topic>

I went with the Berk Cat Back (GB#2). I like the sound of the F.I. Gemini, but I plan on lowering and that unit looks like it will have trouble with bumps, pothole, <insert random illness here>. The Stillen and Nismo units look to be similar to me, using the stock location and what looks to be stock clearance. No info on the other though. But there is a good thread that has all of the sound clips / videos in it. 370Z Exhaust Sound Clip data base Hope this helps you.

P.S. You gotta admit, some of that stuff above was funny. I just didn't expect to see it here.

Carnage is a choice. It took as much effort to flame as it would have to post a short, succinct answer. Not trying to bash, but EVERYONE has been a noob at some point, in some respect. And even if the question has been asked since Jesus bought His 370... I'm sure the right question would be "what would Jesus do?"...

He'd pull over and answer the question with a smile....

Anyone else could choose simply to ignore the OP's post and move on.

Just my .02...

Tony

Well... if a cheap mod is what the OP is after, might I suggest the following ghetto style.

1. Remove the stock resonators and replace with a straight thru pipe.
2. Cut open the stock mufflers and replace the original buffering material with a less insulated one. Weld back the cuts.

I'm not sure how that'd sound, but I'm certain there'd be an increase in the exhaust volume and note.

Mod don't scared. Scared don't mod.
In any case, the OP is not from Singapore, so our gov't wouldn't give two hoots about it.

He could just catch someone selling a NISMO stock exhaust or someone after they switch CBEs. Just a thought.
