#113 installed!

Sounds like Sex!

What is the performance gain on these compared to the FI HFC/Test Pipes? Trying to decide if it's worth all the money and trouble of finding an installer for the LTH.

Just got a used set that wasn't ceramic coated. Question is: Do I need to get them coated if I'm NA and live in TX? The Z is my DD.

No

:iagree:

I have had the LTHs on for several thousand miles at this point. The only thing they have done, is darken a little from the heat. This includes driving in rain almost daily. Stupid Florida...

They're made from stainless steel. So they won't rust. The coating is basicly for heat.

As a few members here have stated, you do not! Our headers are T-304 stainless steel. They will not rust! The ceramic coating is an added bonus, but generally only used in forced induction applications.

Thanks.

How do these sound with FI CF NON RES CBE ? I remember Tony telling me the CF NON RES CBE sounds the best on stock cats... soo I assuming they sound even better with LTH ? XD How much louder does it get?

mag_black 08-18-2014 07:55 PM

I'm on TP's and non-res CF. I think it sounds sweet. I've heard these on non-res(youtube), I think a member here "Huck" has/had LTH and non-res stainless. Sounds raw and mean.

LTH's, 12'ers. :D

I have had a set of these for several months and I love them. Had them paired with the 12" resonated section. Last weekend I swapped out my resonated section for the non-resonated section. It is quite the amazing combination. It isn't any louder, from what I can personally tell, but the car has a nice new tone that is just a bit more raw.

This combination is surprisingly well received by all who have it. Glad to hear you are enjoying the "race" version of our exhaust.

Exactly how the Z34 should have come from the factory, IMO!
