I keep two sets of K&N's that way I can always drop in the cleaned ones and then take my time to clean/dry/oil the new ones and not have to

I keep two sets of K&N's that way I can always drop in the cleaned ones and then take my time to clean/dry/oil the new ones and not have to rush through the process.

I used to use K&Ns in my cars, but after reading some poor test results on particulate efficiency/removal, and dealing with setting up the cleaning pan/solvents/drying time/re-oiling filter/removing excess oil, I went back to the OEM paper filters. Just didn't really notice a difference in performance either. YMMV
