Keep your eyes open on the 'parts for sale' and the "Canada' sections of this forum. Seems you can find some good deals through our local members. Also have a look at Kijiji once in a while. I recall, shortly after ordering my FI CBE, that a gently used Stillen CBE appeared for sale on Kijiji. Keep in mind that you have a new 370Z, do you really want to put used mods/components on it? Good luck.
