The bumper removal is easy on the nismo model? How long does it take?

10 minutes tops. 20 the first time you do it.

Why are they asking $400 for labor then?

Because they are thinking it isn't worth their time because they are busy with other projects or "a fool and him money are soon parted".

As said above: each of those items you're requesting to have done are easy to do yourself even without a lift, so long as you have jack stands. Also, skip those Z1 metal gaskets (garbage) and get a composite set from Berk, Vibrant, or somewhere else.

I didn't even have to use jack stands or a lift. I just parked mine facing upward on the driveway which has a slight incline to get under the bumper. I agree OP should save the money and do it himself. Some low profile ramps or 2x4's would probably work as well in his case.

+1 for this being an incredibly simple mod. There is a DIY on the forum somewhere that walks you through the process.

As a counterpoint: I have had really bad luck with the Berk HFC gaskets. I opted to replace mine with the Z1 Metal HFC gaskets when the Berk ones failed. I have not had a leak due to a blow out since. The Z1 metal gaskets are durable and stand up to removal and re-installation. I would buy the Z1 metal gaskets when the Berks fail. Experience is a good teacher on this one.

I second this. I spent extra money on what I *thought* were high quality metal gaskets from Z1 when I upgraded my exhaust, but they leaked like a sieve. The shop instead used the gaskets that came with the Garageline parts, and they sealed perfectly.

Edit: Afterwards, I tried to give the Z1 gaskets away for free in the Classifieds, but no takers. What does that tell you?

Anything z1 produces is 2nd tier besides there intakes and shorty headers ( but there headers are momentum headers I believe.)

is this the regular one or the race version?

Doesn't the race version require cutting?

If you want to be efficient with labor, you should consider getting an oil cooler and having it installed at the same time while the bumper is off. All that stuff is in the same general area.
