Question Which exhaust for a 2016 NISMO?

Hey all! New member here and new Z owner and first time posting here!

I've read a few things on here and did my best trying to research the answer to my question but can't seem to find a definite answer, so I'm hoping one of you experts can help me out!

I have a 2016 Nismo and want to get a new exhaust for it. I was eyeing the HKS Hi-Power exhaust as it seems well respected and reviewed here. It sounds great (definitely louder and better sounding than stock!) and price is right around where I am looking to spend. However, all threads I am seeing of people buying that exhaust aren't Nismo models, so I'm not sure how the HP gains compare by putting it on a Nismo model.

So my question to all of you guys is this: If I were to get an exhaust for my 2016 Nismo, would the HSK Hi-Power increase or decrease my HP? And if it decreases, which exhaust would you recommend that sounds similar (or louder works too!) and is around the same price?

Thank you all!

HP gains will be pretty much the same as a base model Z...The only reason Nismo models have higher horsepower from factory is a more free flowing "stock" exhaust and a little more aggressive tune. (Anyone correct me if im wrong)

I have the Invidia Gemini exhaust with ARK test pipes. I love it. Had a problem over a year later with one of the pipes and Invidia overnighted me a new pipe without hesitation. Excellent customer service.

Ah interesting, then the HKS would be fine then?

Yes, most exhaust upgrades net around the same gains of HP and TQ. Only thing that differentiates them is the sound

I have a 16 Nismo, our factory exhaust is made my HKS but to Nissan standards. You can't go wrong with HKS but if you are willing to wait Fast Intentions is a superior product.

Oh really? The regular TDX or TT-TDX exhaust? Also, how do they compare in sound to the HKS I listed?
