2 different top speed axleback?

So i see two different top speed axleback, it looks like one has a resonator next to the tail pipes. Im not sure whats the difference between the two? Or

So i see two different top speed axleback, it looks like one has a resonator next to the tail pipes. Im not sure whats the difference between the two? Or if it is a resonator ? Any info will help. Thanks.
