OEM Sway Bars...nismo vs. non-nismo

Are the standard OEM rear sway bars different on a nismo vs a non-nismo? Or somehow located differently?

Asking because I'm seeing some conflicting information regarding fitting an exhaust into these models.

The Z platform should be the same for the Nismo; ergo the sway bar location.
