Exhaust flange gasket material importance?

Hey All, Just picked up a used CBE. I need to buy two 2.5" gaskets for mating the Y pipe to the cats. Can I just use the FelPro stuff

I need to buy two 2.5" gaskets for mating the Y pipe to the cats. Can I just use the FelPro stuff from AutoZone, or do I really need to go with the elastomer coated graphite (Vibrant, Z1)?
