You might and that's a big might feel something after install. But you will need a tune..

2010Nismo370z 02-04-2016 10:06 AM

Fast intention long tubers can i get more thoughts from u guys plz

TerribleONE 02-04-2016 10:08 AM

As wonka said you will probably feel a slight bump in power, but you really should get a tune to maximize the gains.

Rusty 02-04-2016 02:28 PM

You'll feel a bump in power. No other mods, the ecu will adjust. What other mods you have? If you have cai, cbe, you'll need a tune to get the most out of it.

Mysilverz 02-04-2016 02:45 PM

Reset the ecu when you install them. I installed my test pipes and lost 1whp. Then I reset the ecu and gained 11whp. Just go ahead and reset it.

2010Nismo370z 02-04-2016 03:44 PM

Stillen G3 Cold Air Intake, Fast Intention Carbon catback exhaust on right now and putting FI LTH next week.......and what u mean reset the ecu? Can i get more replys haha thx guys im super excited btw!

Rusty 02-04-2016 03:53 PM

The reset. Disconnect the battery for about 10 minutes, then reconnect. This clears out the learned memory in the ecu. Then it starts to relearn from scratch. If you don't do the reset. It will relearn the new set-up. Just takes a little longer. But with the mods you have. It would be best to get a tune sooner then later. Then you will feel the power bump more.

2010Nismo370z 02-06-2016 11:21 PM

When the headers get installed I'm sure the battery will be disconnected so i don't gotta do nothing ah ?

2010Nismo370z 02-06-2016 11:22 PM

OMG the best quality ive ever seen they are so clean and legit im gonna post some pics

Are you installing these yourself?

2010Nismo370z 02-07-2016 12:20 AM

I am not bro.. having a shop do it

chuckie311 02-07-2016 01:58 AM

Are you doing a before and after dyno?

Mysilverz 02-07-2016 08:23 AM

Please do a before and after dyno.

2010Nismo370z 02-07-2016 11:03 AM

Hehe are you saying do before and after tune cause when they tune it they do a run and that will show before tune dyno....or ur saying do a dyno now with intake and catback only and one after i put long tubes on WITHOUT tune to see how much i threw down?

Mysilverz 02-07-2016 11:23 AM

If your not going to do any more mods then just get it tuned and you'll have the before and after. If however your planning on doing something else before you tune the car than please do an before and after dyno run on the car so we can see the change in power, that's both horsepower and torque as well as where in the powerband, as well as what your air fuel ratio is.

Thank you.

2010Nismo370z 02-07-2016 03:10 PM

Yeah with these mods i know ill have a before and after...but there is nothing else to put on that can help us for AllMotor i dont believe in pulleys or plenums and such :) but tommorow headers are gonna get installed and tune probably end of the month or March shooting for 330whp or more hopefully...

chuckie311 02-07-2016 04:04 PM

What are you putting down now?

Mysilverz 02-07-2016 04:31 PM

I put 306whp down with the same intake and exhaust.

2010Nismo370z 02-07-2016 07:09 PM

Chuckie i have no idea what im putting down now i didnt dyno it bro and Silver Z you mean u threw down 306 with long tubes aswell??

Mysilverz 02-07-2016 08:57 PM

No just the stillen intake and fast intentions 18 resonated cat back. Test pipes got me to 317 with no tune. I've installed the z1 plenum and lower manifold but now the cars running too lean and losing power up top so I'm having my car dynoed in the morning with ecutek.

2010Nismo370z 02-07-2016 10:14 PM

Plz post some dyno charts asap man looking forward to it

Mysilverz 02-07-2016 10:53 PM

I'll do my best but photobucket is not behaving.

2010Nismo370z 02-09-2016 02:54 AM

Yeah, you'll definitely feel more power with the headers. There is no wondering...for once the butt dyno is correct :)
I plan on finally getting mines tuned for more gains this year. But I been holding out for a mani that's cracked the code on more whp gains. But those projects don't look very promising. I may do bigger TBs and CAI and call it a day.

2010Nismo370z 02-11-2016 01:14 AM

Yeah that would be nice man post the numbers soon as you tune it

RN SHARK 02-11-2016 01:30 AM

I got mine tuned (UpRev) by Seb at Specialty Z after my Fast Intentions LTH were installed. Also have the G3 intakes and FI CBE with 12" resonators. The day was about 95 degrees. 315 HP and 258 TQ.
I feel like I should have gotten more out of this setup.

I got 316 to the wheels

Elmo370z 02-11-2016 01:51 AM

I have the same exact set up

Elmo370z 02-11-2016 01:55 AM

Maybe the nismo model with long tubes net around 330whp

RN SHARK 02-11-2016 05:39 AM

I don't think that would make a difference. With the aftermarket exhaust and re-tune being the same, there isn't anything inherently different between the Nismo and the others.
