Sorry I don't have measurements, however if it helps I can say that i never had to worry about dinging the exhaust on anything it has good clearance

I actually have bike rack that has very small clearance with the OEM and I'm trying to figure if I can get it to work with the Stillen.
I REALLY want to upgrade my exhaust, but I want to see how much adjustment is going to be involved.
