I don't know if you read through this thread but it gives some good info

CSC failure covered under warranty?

I guess if this happens to me, I'm going to king windward lol but if you do get them to fix it under warranty then I'm going there

To make a long story short, she thinks its in the nissan computer wrong because the slave in our cars is not dedicated, its integrated with the throwout bearing and therefor part of the powertrain and should be covered. So as of right now i am scheduled to have the work done under the powertrain warranty on thursday.
