No only time they respond to the thread is when myself, Spohn, or the administrators ask them to. Other than that your best bet would be to call. Email if you want but it might get lost in all the clutter.

I would just give them a call. That would probably be your best bet. They update and check the boards every once in a while but if you want quick answers I'd pick up the phone.

In their defense, I'd assume most of their customers would prefer that they are out in the shop trying to un **** this group buy than sitting in front of the computer.

In all seriousness, I've gotten Sam or Mike on the phone in two rings every time I've called.

Yup this whole time that I was dealing with them Mike would always answer my questions when I called. There was only one time that I felt that they were giving me the run around.

I called Sam yesterday for a MHI Turn-Key kit. And he's gonna put me together a sweet package (without group buy discount of course). No idea about lead time yet. But I'm in no hurry Just terribly excited

I want to combine the kit with the 2.5" FI TDX exhaust (non-resonated X-pipe) plus FI's HFC (non-resonated)

Edit: Lead time is said to be 30d.
